In Belgium, the ordered article is delivered either to the address specified by the customer, by collection at a post point or post office or by collection in a Bpack 24/7 parcel machine. Delivery in other countries takes place either at the address specified by the customer or, if you are not at home at the time of delivery, to your local post office or a collection point. The chosen delivery option affects the delivery time.
When the customer chooses to ship to a Bpack 24/7 address, post office, postal point or parcel machine, an e-mail is sent when the delivery is included with bpost. Via the link with tracking number provided therein, the customer can track the shipment via bpost's e-tracker. The customer who opts for delivery to a post office, postal point or parcel machine will receive an email or SMS as soon as the shipment has arrived at the chosen collection point.
The delivery period only starts after receipt of payment, also if payment is made by bank transfer. The aim is to have the shortest possible delivery time. The delivery period is a minimum of 1 working day and a maximum of 30 days after receipt of payment for delivery in Belgium and a minimum of 2 working days and a maximum of 30 days in other countries. The seller is not liable for delay or failure to deliver due to the carrier.
For delivery in Belgium, the delivery cost is from 0 to 2 kg: € 8,55; from 2 to 5 kg: € 9,15; from 5 to 10 kg: € 9,95; from 10 to 20 kg: € 12,19; from 20 to 30 kg: € 15,08 according to the usual bPost rates (these can change annually), with the exception of a total purchase amount above a certain amount (see point 5. Prices), in which case shipping is free.
For delivery in France, Germany, the Netherlands and Luxembourg the delivery cost is from 0 to 10 kg: € 19,23 and from 10 to 30 kg: € 37,61 according to the usual bPost rates (these can change annually).
For delivery in the rest of the "EU" the delivery cost is from 0 to 5 kg: € 37,33; from 5 to 10 kg: € 55,43; from 10 to 20 kg: € 73,80 and from 20 to 30 kg: € 91,90 according to the usual bPost rates (these can change annually). The rest of the EU includes the following countries: Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Austria, Poland, Portugal (including the Azores and Madeira), Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain (including the Canary Islands), Czech Republic and Sweden.
For delivery in the rest of Europe (outside the EU) the delivery cost is from 0 to 5kg: € 38,73; from 5 to 10kg: € 76,33; from 10 to 20kg: € 113,93 and from 20 to 30kg: € 151,53 according to the usual bPost rates (these can change annually). The rest of Europe includes the following countries: Albania, Andorra, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Faroe Islands, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greenland, Iceland, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Moldavia, Montenegro, Norway, Ukrane, Russia, San Marino, Servia, Turkey, Vatican City, United Kingdom and Switzerland.
For delivery in the Mediterranean + North America the delivery cost is from 0 to 5kg: € 55,93; from 5 to 10kg: € 93,53; from 10 to 20kg: € 149,93 and from 20 to 30kg: € 206,33 according to the usual bPost rates (these can change annually). The Mediterranean + North America includes the following countries: Algeria, Canada, Egypt, Israël, Jordan, Morocco, Tunesia and the United States.
For delivery to the rest of the world the delivery cost is from 0 to 5kg: € 74,73; from 5 to 10 kg: € 149,93; from 10 to 20kg: € 225,13 and from 20 to 30kg: € 300,33 according to the usual bPost rates (these can change annually). The rest of the world includes all the other countries not mentioned above.
Additional customs charges will be due depending on country to country, at the expense of the buyer. Note: The United Kingdom is no longer part of the EU since 01/01/2021, so additional customs charges will also be payable there, at the expense of the buyer. You usually pay the customs costs, shipping and insurance costs, and customs clearance costs with your delivery person.
In accordance with Articles VI 47-52 of the Code of Economic Law, the consumer has a period of 14 days to withdraw from the contract free of charge without stating reasons.
Any ordered item can be returned by post within 14 calendar days. The item must then be returned in the original packaging if possible. If this is not possible, please pack the item properly and send it together with the return form to the following return address: Precious Angels Solutions, rue de la Bôlette 21C, B-6890 Villance (Libin), Belgium. The customer is refunded or receives a voucher – of his choice – after receipt of the goods back.
For returns from Belgium or any other country, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs and any customs costs.
In any case, return is only accepted if the item is unused, undamaged and unworn and is in the original packaging or other 'sound' packaging. 'Sturdy' means: properly and safely packaged so that the item is well protected against damage during transport.
Upon receipt of the return, the seller will refund the price of the returned item to the customer. If desired, the customer can also opt for a voucher. This allows a new order to be placed subject to what is stipulated under article “8. Payment” in our Terms and Conditions.
Exchange is also possible. You can exchange an unused, undamaged and unworn item for another item available in the webshop, within 14 calendar days after delivery.
The shipping costs for the exchange are always for the account of the customer, ie for all Belgian customers and foreign customers.
If there is an additional price when choosing a more expensive item than the original, you will be asked to pay the remaining amount. After receipt of this, the new article will be sent to you.
If there is a lower price than the original item, you will receive a voucher for the difference or the difference will be refunded if desired.
