Everything is energy and what you give your energy to will grow. Positive or negative.

That is a law of nature, the law of Attraction! Just as there is the law of gravity, these laws are just there. They are there to help us. The trick is only to start using them in the right way!

In a 1 hour session I will take you into the principles of the art of manifestation.

You will learn how to clarify your idea, wish or dream. In what way you can ask the Universe, how you keep your energy or vibration high, how to really 'feel' it and how important this is to manifest your idea, wish or dream.

I usually proceed as follows:

15 minutes: introduction and discussion of your idea, wish or dream and what is still holding you back from really manifesting it in your life, see what blockages you may still have or limiting thoughts!

15 minutes: clearly and in detail what your idea, wish or dream looks like!

15 minutes: introduction to the art of manifesting and how everything is 'energy'!

15 minutes: debriefing and formulation of affirmations that will help you on the right track to successfully manifesting your idea, wish or dream!

After booking this online coaching trajectory of 1 session of 1 hour, I will contact you and we will further agree when we best schedule the session. This can be done in the morning, afternoon or possibly in the evening, whichever suits you and me best!

This can be done via a Whatsapp call or via a Zoom session, with or without video, whichever you prefer!
